- Hosted our 3rd annual marketing retreat, which brought our team closer together as we visited each of our clients in the Western North Carolina region. This immersive experience allowed us to deepen our understanding of each client’s unique stories and refine our strategies. It was also a great opportunity to strengthen our team’s bond and spark fresh creativity.

Spring: Welcoming Growth and Fresh Ideas
- Our growth continued with the addition of Jake and Kalsey to our marketing family. Jake’s website expertise and Kalsey’s social media skills have been game-changers, enabling us to deliver even more impactful results for our growing list of clients.
- Created eye-catching advertisements for Asheville Airport featuring Bear Lake Reserve. These vibrant visuals captured the essence of the serene destination, inviting travelers to experience the magic of Bear Lake.
- Participated in the 26th annual Greening Up the Mountains festival in Sylva, NC. This event allowed us to connect with the local community, showcase our clients, and celebrate sustainability initiatives.

- We supported our partner, Blue Ridge Bootleg, as they officially opened the doors of their roastery. Their debut was met with excitement and excellent coffee, marking the start of a promising journey.
- Hosted the popular soda brand Cheerwine at Bear Lake Reserve for a content creation session and Summer Contest promotion. This collaboration blended iconic Southern traditions with Bear Lake’s picturesque setting, resulting in vibrant and engaging content.

- Welcomed Skylyr to the Tembo team. His contributions as a Food and Beverage Manager have already been making waves!
